If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Chitzo Limited and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Chitzo Limited and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

Listing Facility

Chitzo provides a facility that allows appropriate people and organisations to list their events and activities on the Chitzo website.
The facility includes:
1. A simple to use platform that allows you to promote your events and activities (listings)
2. The ability to easily manage your own content

Eligibility and Terms of Listing Facility

If you are registering as a lister you confirm you have the proper authority to bind you and whatever entity you list under to these terms and conditions.
You confirm that you are properly and legally empowered and associated with the events and activities you are listing in order to promote them via chitzo.
You must ensure you have the right to use any content displayed within your listings.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the content you enter into your listing, Chitzo provides a preview facility prior to publishing and should you spot mistakes following publishing we will make an edit function available to you. Chitzo will not be liable for any mistakes or inaccuracies.
You are prohibited from:
1. entering information that is false, inaccurate, misleading, demeaning, offensive, obscene or indecent.
2. uploading imagery that is offensive, obscene, indecent or pornographic.
3. entering profanity in your listings.
4. breaching any laws, rules or regulations.
5. undertaking activity that causes interruption, damage or impairment to the site.
As part of your listing you must:
1. promote a real event or activity happening in the location listed
2. only list an event or activity once
3. provide true and accurate information at the time of listing, and where circumstances change you must update the listing via the edit function. Should the edit function not be available you must notify us of the required changes on hello@chitzo.com
Chitzo reserves the right to review and disable listings that do not meet the criteria above or for any just reason.

Recurring listings

Listings that are recurring will have a maximum 6 month duration at any one time.
It is your responsibility to renew these listings. Chitzo will endeavor to make this as easy as possible.
If your recurring listing is changed, cancelled or stops for any reason you are required to update Chitzo as soon as possible, no longer than 48 hours after the decision is made.

Boosting

Listing on Chitzo is free, however there are options for you to “boost” your events in order to gain increased coverage.
Boosting comes with a fee that is prepaid or paid in journey.
If the deposit is not reclaimed immediately it will be deposited into your account as credits.
The fee for boosting varies and each boosting journey will make it clear how much the fee is or how many credits are required.
Once “boosted” we cannot change or move the boosting criteria and the fee is non-refundable.

Registration

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.
We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.
You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing to the address at the end of these terms and conditions. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the Website. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights.

Password and security

When you register on this Website, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidential and not disclose or share with anyone.
If we have reason to believe that there is or is likely to be any misuse of the Website or breach of security, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.
